Legionella Risk Assessment annual review checklist.
 
Every practice must have an active Legionella Risk Assessment in place which will be provided by a competent Legionella company.
 
There is no need to have the risk assessment carried out again all the time that it remains active for the practice and no risk has been identified.
 
It is recommended that the assessment is reviewed on an annual basis which can be done in practice.
 
This checklist will aid you in reviewing the RA that you have and help to ensure that everything is still applicable for your practice.
